Sami Reindeer Antler T-Bar Necklace
Sami Reindeer Antler T-Bar Necklace
Pendant features 2 naturally shed, hand-carved reindeer antler pieces, etched with ancient Sami patterns, then inlaid with Indian ink and silver to bring out the design.
Reindeer antlers are shed naturally and harvested by the Sami people once a year.
Made in collaboration with Sami artisans who inhabit the Arctic circle. You can see our Sami carver at work along with his beautiful herd of reindeer in the 'about' section. Sixten is a true craftsman with over 40 years experience in reindeer shepherding and scrimshaw carving.
Reindeer horn cabochons are set into a silver pendant, which hangs from a T-bar hoop and chain.
Handmade in our London studio from 100% recycled silver and comes beautifully packaged in recycled No 13 boxes.
Measurements:
Sami pendant measures approx 6cm x 0.7cm wide. T Bar pendant hangs on a 24" silver belcher chain.
